Yvonne has been teaching group exercise for more than 15 years. Her creative choreography and motivational spirit make her high-energy Kickbox and Step aerobic classes favorites.
Yvonne has worked with Althea as an assistant Group Exercise Director since 1999. She is a cast member in multiple Altheatized videos and appeared in several Altheatized television shows. Having traveled and worked extensively with Althea during her presenter tour, Yvonne is an integral part of the Altheatized program. She assisted with the design and reconstruction of the youth obesity fitness program for Johns Hopkins Pediatric Clinic, and was the lead instructor from 2005 - 2008.
She recently relocated from Maryland to Atlanta to be the Operations Manager of Aerobics, Yoga & More. Without her willingness to run the day-to-day operations of the studio, AYM would not exist today.
